Both are unusual plantings for a farmhouse in Dorset. The garden is divided into separate areas by mature hedges and old stone walls. The patio and rose garden are recent additions.

A30 towards Shaftesbury. In Ludwell turn R opp brown sign to Tollard Royal. Follow rd for ¾m and bear R at T-junction. Bear R at next fork. Pass Chapel on R. Tulip Tree is next L.
