A seven acre garden on a steep chalk slope, surrounding C19 house (not open) with views across the Stiffkey valley and to the coast. Woodland, formal terraces, shrub borders, lawns, wildflower areas and walled garden create a garden of contrasts.

About Warborough House

The garden is set on the south facing slope of the river Stiffkey valley on the chalk ridge that runs through the village. There are views across the valley and to the coast, on a clear day it is possible to see Blakeney Point and the salt marsh. The garden has woodland walks with views through the trees to the gardens, wildflower areas, formal terrace, shrub borders and a small walled garden. The slope is quite steep in parts and paths are gravel or bark chip, there are a number of places to sit and enjoy the garden. There is a children’s trail

Directions to Warborough House
Parking is available onsite & is signed at garden entrance (A149). Coasthopper bus stops outside garden. Do not park on the main road as this causes congestion.
