Built in 1930s it is cleverly designed to protect its 2 acre garden against the Dartmoor weather. It enjoys many features inc a rockery, croquet lawn, rose garden, herbaceous borders, ponds, a newly developed cut flower garden which supplies seasonal blooms, along with a pair of majestic monkey trees.
