A C17 black and white cottage (not open) and well, within a cottage garden, with field views at rear. A raised bed with penstemon and dahlias, mixed borders with standard roses provide colour. Rose trellis and specimen trees mark the boundaries. At the rear up 3 steps, there are raised vegetable beds, a greenhouse, soft fruit, a vine, kiwi fruit and compost bins.
