It demonstrates the owner’s interest in and knowledge of ferns, includes a collection of Aeoniums from the Canary Islands, and reflects an interest in flower arranging. One garden is a modern walled garden with fruits including an olive, peach, grape vine and young fig, and an unusual Canary Island Pine tree. The front garden, surrounded by a tall hedge, has many foliage plants to supply plants for flower arranging,. There is also a productive greenhouse, raised beds for fruit and vegetables and a winter garden with Cornus shrubs.
