Set amongst fields and at the end of a hedged lane is a delightful cottage garden, the crowning glory being the cream and pink scented climbing roses. The beds are packed with hydrangeas, day lilies, roses, lupins, penstemons, alliums and annuals. The larger side garden is a more social setting with a variety of seating areas nestled amongst mature plants with bespoke fire pit and a water feature.

8 different mature clematis planted to ensure colour all year, mature holly tree with round seating and bordered by roses, hebes, lupins, geraniums and bedding plants giving a lovely splash of colour.
Raised vegetable garden with large greenhouse. Large, mature vine and two ancient climbing roses. Variety of tubs planted out for colour and interest. Lovely Tikki Hut nestled under a flowering cherry tree where the whole garden can be viewed.
A number of interesting areas accessed by rose/wysteria covered wooden arches.
The front of the house has two large flowering beds with a beautiful albertine rose over the cottage door, and a further 5 David Austin Roses, and large selection of cottage planting, plus views of the horses in the adjacent field.
