Terraced herbaceous borders, edged by an entirely self-seeded dry gravel garden lead to a courtyard with reflecting pool and terrace. Kitchen garden, raised beds, greenhouse, small orchard and island beds. Pond with bog garden, and fern rockery lead to a sunken patio overlooking the horse pond.

From Oakham or Melton, turn into village. Garden is on R on corner & behind stone walls. Parking is on the road leading to church. Limited extra parking further into village.
