This small L shaped garden has a high wooden deck set amongst trees, with a view of the garden as well as surrounding mature trees, giving a rural impression. A second platform underneath the deck provides a sitting area with a small hut/shed on it. The main garden is grass and trees with planting, with a woodland feel. The patio also has a sitting area and pots with permanent and seasonal planting. There are a number of small water containers giving a background sound of water, and a fish pond.

The secluded courtyard cannot be seen from the house, and is a surprise of raised beds of flowers, fruit and herbs; with olive trees in pots, and a discreet corner hot tub!

The garden has many ideas for creating atmosphere and interest in a small space.
