The garden is in town centre St Albans close to the Cathedral and on entering it one gets an immediate feeling of peace and tranquillity.

The 17th century Grade 2 listed Tripe House and 70 years old box and yew topiary are dominant, and the garden is divided into several rooms each of which have different planting schemes and colour combinations. Each room flows into the next taking you on a journey of discovery. There is a lot of seating for one to relax and enjoy unique perspectives.
