30 Arlington Square

This garden has been much inspired by the unusual planting in Arlington Square. Rare and exotic architectural plants give this garden structure which complements the hard landscaping, a great example of how reclaimed materials can give a garden character.

About 30 Arlington Square

This garden has very much evolved as the result of being involved with the community gardening in Arlington Square and developing friendships with neighbours who are passionate gardeners.

The hard landscaping is very much in line with the philosophy of its owner that nothing should be thrown away and can always have a future life. Consequently this garden is a wonderful addition to the spectrum of the garden styles that comprise the Arlington Square Gardens group which opens for the National Garden Scheme.

The planting is far from mundane, tree ferns, scheffleras and rare angelicas give the garden a feel of the exotic.
