About 35 The Straits, Lisbane
An empty field only 7 years ago, the garden showcases what is possible to achieve in a relatively short space of time. Well stocked borders sit along side a mini orchard of apple and plum trees as well as a maturing woodland area to the bottom of the garden. An elevated bank to the side of the property forms a shrub walk containing a variety of mature shrubs and planting. A winding path from the rear patio leads to the Bothy. Erected from ruined farm buildings, it is a delightful spot from which to admire the views. The adjacent buildings are in the process of development and will one day become a greenhouse and potting shed. There is a further lawn to the front of the Bothy with a vegetable garden to it’s rear – also in development.
