In the original hamlet of Llanwrtyd, where the old waterworks resided, this garden was developed from a field into a garden to reflect the lovely Cambrian valley and countryside in 2020. The north facing aspect has been divided by a stream leading to a pond, diagonally into a tree and meadow areas. The south facing consists of a courtyard, with steps leading to a lower fruit and glasshouse area.

Directions to Hen Gwaith Dwr
From the Heritage centre drive over the bridge on A483 turn R into Victoria Rd. Cont for approx ¾m over 2 cattle grids at Victoria Wells. Cont on tarmac road until it ends at metal gate. Turn R onto courtyard area to park vehicle. Do not park outside of property area.
