Nightingale Community Gardens

In 2013 we created 27 gardens and two raised beds for the physically handicapped in an old abused derelict play area. Residents, young and old, grow a wide variety of vegetables/fruit and flowers. We share three Greenhouses, two sheds and a communal area for activities. We are also hosting the Wellbeing Garden Project managed by DPVC and been awarded a Green Flag Community Award for the 6 years.
