About Peacocks

Massed spring bulbs in woodland walk, Nuttery and Orchard. Large Wild Flower Meadow. Sunken Dell with Fernery. Hellebores in spring. Collection of David Austin roses and clematis, incl. ‘Tie dye’, ‘Fond Memories’ ‘Gravetye Beauty and ‘Wadas Primrose’. Mediterranean and tender plants incl. Datura ‘Evening Fragrance’ in period greenhouse. Victorian Potting shed, Edwardian summer house with photo exhibition. Old Georgian fruit store. Garden sculptures by Dominic Welsh. Vintage narrow gauge railway (viewing only).

There are many places to sit with a picnic, we encourage visitors to bring their picnic hampers, whatever size. Display of old Margaretting postcards. Garden sculpture.
