Pershore Gardens

Most years about 15 gardens open in Pershore. This small town has been opening gardens as part of the NGS for 50 yrs, almost continuously. Some gardens are surprisingly large, well over an acre, while others are courtyard gardens. All have their individual appeal and present great variety. The Abbey and the River Avon are some of the many points of interest in this market town. Tickets, which take the form of a wristband, map and garden descriptions, are valid for both days. They can be purchased a week before the event at ‘Blue’ in Broad St or at the Town Hall. On the weekend they can be bought at Number 8 Community Arts Centre in the High St and any open garden. Gardens are open all over the town inc Bridge St, Broad St, High St, Newlands, Defford Rd, Station Rd, Priest Ln and Hunter Rise. Parking available in car parks off Queen Elizabeth Dr and Asda car park. Both Free on Sunday only.
