Princes Avenue Gardens

In a beautiful Edwardian avenue in the heart of the Muswell Hill Conservation Area, two peaceful traditional gardens lie just off the bustling Broadway, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The gardens are very different: 17 Princes Avenue is south facing but shaded by large surrounding trees, inc a ginkgo. It features a superb display of hostas and ferns. 28 Princes Avenue, opp, is north facing. Mature trees, shrubs, and beautifully planted mixed borders give a feeling of calm, with acers, fruit trees, and a rose arch. A trampoline lurks in a secret corner. Live music at 17 Princes Avenue by the Secret Life Sax Quartet at 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
