Originally designed in 1953 with stone tiered beds and terrace, the garden has been refreshed in recent years with a range of perennials, annuals, trees, and shrubs inc dahlias, salvias, agapanthus, grasses, and acers. Inc fruit and vegetable garden, paths, hens and wildlife friendly area.

Free on road parking is available opposite and all around Greenhead Park (Permit Parking on the houses side). Please note that parking can be limited as the Park gets very busy on sunny days. Toilet facilities are available within Greenhead Park.

Directions to Ridgewood
From M62 (J23) take A640 towards Huddersfield Town Centre. Turn R onto Park Ave then R again onto Park Drive South. From Huddersfield Ring Road take the 'Rochdale A640' turn off then L onto Park Ave.
