The site is shown on the 1812 Ordnance survey as a cattleshed.
The 1930s cottage nestles at the foot of the South Downs, and the 1066 trail starts nearby. This beautiful west facing, 200ft x 55ft rear garden has a wide selection of shrubs, herbaceous and perennials, plus trees. There are two small fish ponds, vegetable plot and greenhouses. Little nooks and seating areas provide interest and a sunny patio. There is interest for every type of gardener.
