About Stoke Bishop Gardens

4 Haytor Park is a well established garden lovingly created over 35 years. This suburban garden will celebrate 25 years of opening in 2025. Wildlife in abundance with a pond and insect friendly plants. A totally peaceful haven in spite of being in a city suburb. Plenty of places to sit awhile and reflect, while spotting myriad plants for all seasons. Many arches lead to secret places and funny little paths. Always new things and different secret spaces to discover, find a bicycle wheel screen and a bed base, plus other novel supports for plants and arty paraphernalia. Madly ‘planty’ owner more than happy to discuss and share gardening tips and maybe a cutting or two! Children will enjoy following the dragon trail, see how many live in the garden, discover their hiding places for a little prize. Grown-ups can find them as well!
