About The Chestnuts
Approximately four years ago, the garden owners moved into their home, which featured a mature but significantly overgrown garden. The property was previously owned by a botanist who had collected a diverse array of unique and refined shrubs from around the world. However, the garden had since fallen into neglect, becoming dominated by thorns and potentially hazardous berries, rendering it unsightly and unsuitable for children. Over the past several years, they have devoted considerable time and effort to restoring the garden and reviving its original appeal. Their two young children, who enjoy spending time outdoors, also contribute to maintaining the space as a safe and welcoming family environment.
