About The Homestead

Owner maintained, 1¼ acre garden with lots of interest. Mature trees creating shady areas planted with ferns, hollies and other shade-loving plants. Many different shrubs and topiary produce structure for year round interest. Herbaceous borders with lots of colour including dahlias and the more exotic cannas and castor oil plants. Climbing roses have been trained over archways and pergolas, also many clematis and other climbing plants. Large pond attracting wildlife and providing great reflections of the bordering trees and shrubs. A small walled garden contains herbs, vegetables, soft fruit and trained fruit trees.
