About The Leasowes, Cound
The Leasowes Garden and Arboretum has been established by enthusiastic amateurs Tricia and Robert Bland over the last 20 years.
A wide selection of unusual trees including over 140 maples from around the world have been planted across 2 meadow fields and a wooded valley with views overlooking the River Severn valley and The Wrekin. Within the super structure of mature larches and interconnected ponds, a wide range of rhododendrons and azaleas have been planted as well as shade appreciating trees and shrubs. A large offering of roses of all descriptions provide colour throughout the formal gardens.
