About Well House

Hillside garden with views over Orcop in a quiet location on Garway Hill. The garden has been created from scratch since 1998 with nature in mind and is still being worked on . There are herbaceous beds , mature trees and shrubs, informal planting ,veggie garden ,poly tunnel and greenhouse. There is a stream, bog area planted with hostas, primulas etc. The main garden approx an acre is on a steep bank with steps and narrow paths and is not suitable for wheelchairs or the disabled. The garden is surrounded by a working small holding that rear Dutch spotted sheep.There is a variety of interesting plants, with lots of mature Japanese acers. Sorry no dogs allowed. Limited parking.
