About 11 Tree Gardens
A good view of the garden is provided by Google Earth showing the relation of Tree Gardens to the rest of Brampton, and that it is backed by fields, and is higher than most of the town. It also shows the layouts of the plots.
The garden is dominated on the west side by a high Cyprus hedge which is a good windbreak. I have lived here 20 years and my aim has been to grow food, for myself and other humans and for wildlife. Also to provide cover. A large patio is occupied by about 12 planters and numerous boxes and bags for potatoes. The rear garden has vegetable beds and a greenhouse.
