One could describe our garden as a person: small and unpretentious. Attractively formed by yew and box hedges and beds with hellebores, fatsia, hydrangeas, arum lily and scented climbing roses, star jasmine and solanum. Planters with olive trees, lavender and pansies are fine companions; mauve, white and emerald favoured colours. She walks delicately on cobblestones, a fountain calms her soul.
