About 25 Springfield Avenue
Enter the garden from the lowest terrace and climb your way up to a hot south facing terrace. Each terrace has a distinctive feel, mixing seclusion with a country atmosphere. Packed with colour from perennials, roses and climbers, colour, scent and little surprises.
The mature trees of Alexander Palace’s The Grove lend the garden a spectacular backdrop, making the garden unique. Together with pot & chimney planting, tub water gardens, summerhouse and decking, it provides many areas to sit and contemplate. We try to create lots of small ideas that our visitors can create at home.
The home-made cakes are wonderful, sit and contemplate while enjoying a summer tea. The owner’s paintings are on show in the summer house and for sale in aid of NGS.
Please be aware that the garden is quite steep, contains uneven steps and is on different levels. Entrance is via our neighbours at 26 Springfield Avenue
