About Badby Gardens
A delightful hilly village with attractive old houses built from golden coloured Hornton stone, set around a C14 church and two village greens (no through traffic). Five gardens of differing sizes and styles will be open: a wisteria-clad thatched cottage with a sloping garden and modern sculptures; an elevated garden with views over the village and beyond; a ¼ acre garden with mature planting and new landscaping, with countryside views; a garden remodelled over the past three years, with lawns, herbaceous beds, a pond, and a small vegetable and soft fruit area; a recently redeveloped garden, opening for the first time, which inc a large wildlife pond and a small wooded area, all in keeping with a natural theme. We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely village!
