About Burwell Village Gardens

We offer a very wide variety of different gardens, small and larger, for viewing with imaginative planting in a mix of modern and medieval settings. Many of the gardens explore the idea of zones or ‘rooms’ in the garden with either planting or geographic themes. Some gardens are now very well established, with unusual plants, whereas others offer inspiration for the gardener with a new plot. Roses and Paeonies feature, as well as gravel, Japanese, Welsh, Italian, Wildlife/Eco, a National Collection, a Living Wall, Acers, Ponds, and drought tolerant.
