122 is a generously proportioned garden with deep, colourful herbaceous borders and unusual plants, roses, agapanthus (a signature plant) followed by Oleander and a splendid Clerodendron. Backing onto Dulwich Park, it has a countryside feel – a family garden with sandpit and swings mingling with a working greenhouse, live Jazz on the terrace, a children’s trail, tea and cakes, plant sales and a wormery demonstration.

148, a spacious garden, developed over 20 years backs on to Dulwich Park .
