About Dovehouse Shott

A large naturalistic cottage garden with masses of quirky features planted and tended by the producer of Pinkster Gin and Blooming Natural. Masses of lupins, roses, salvias, clematis, and other perennials in the borders. A plethora of alliums blend with cow parsley and honesty beyond the main lawn lead to a shepherds hut. Dianthus carthusianorum mixed with lavender a speciality. An extensive kitchen garden with abundant espalier fruit trees and greenhouses leads to an orchard with a wildlife meadow beyond. The garden is entirely organic and a haven for pollinators.
