Yes, there are various plants offerred for sale at Grooms Cottage , please enquire with the owners for more details.

A cottage garden around ½ an acre in size comprising mixed herbaceous borders and an abundance of English roses. Highlights inc water features, pergolas, oriental garden, hosta garden, alpine and herb beds and a productive vegetable garden and greenhouse. Many established trees and shrubs and shady plant area. New “secret garden” should be ready for opening in 2024.

About Grooms Cottage

The owners have worked hard on the garden design over the past 12 years with a focus on low maintenance whilst being productive, giving a cottage garden feel.
Garden buildings and use of reclaimed landscaping materials to add interest and height. Many plants grown from seed or cuttings and composting area to minimise garden waste.
The garden is split into sections, shady, oriental, dry, alpine, herbs, vegetable, roses, irises. with year round interest.
A highlight of planting includes the Old English roses, shrubs and climbers and large variety of shade loving plants and hostas.
To ease the gardening, raised beds have been used throughout to complement the existing planting.

Refreshments additional information: Teas, coffees, cakes and light snacks will be available.
