Middle Shelspit Farm

Our garden sits on 6 acres of old farmland offering great views. Over the last 8 yrs, many trees and shrubs have been planted. A natural stream flows into a pond with a deck to sit and rest on. A small copse of woodland is being developed, and large grass sculptures sway in the wind. The borders are full, while a pergola with a vine and wisteria provides shade on the patio, alongside a collection of acers.

About Middle Shelspit Farm

This garden has been developed over 8 years from farmland, from a blank canvass we now have a stream, a large pond, with a jetty, with Willows and shrubs surrounding it.
A small ‘woodland’ area with bulbs and wild flowers is becoming established, with a bridge over to the large area of grass sculptures, which look stunning in the breeze.
Wildlife planting has been a focus with wild flowers on the bank and between the Crab apples. A recent Winter garden was planted in 2024/5.
Borders are full of Roses, Iris, Peonies and other delights.
A mature collection of Acers are around the garden, and the Pergola is covered with a Wisteria and Vine.
Raised Veg beds, an Orchard and a small White garden are also to view.
