About Moors Meadow Gardens

This highly imaginative organic 7-acre garden will fill you with inspiration and ideas and show you how to work with nature instead of fight against it. Set in rural Herefordshire overlooking the beautiful Kyre valley it is full of peace and tranquillity and a haven for wildlife.

The meandering paths will lead you through extensive shrubberies, fernery, grass garden and spring garden, into dingles, meadow with numerous specimen trees, shrubs and countless bulbs, past ponds and pools and herbaceous beds and borders. Wander into cottage-style gardens, herb garden and large kitchen garden.

The whole garden is brimming with plants from around the world, many are rarely seen in cultivation. Ponder over the intriguing features and sculptures and relax on the unique home-crafted seats while watching the hares, birds, dragonflies, butterflies and other insects. Meet the eccentric plantswoman and be enthralled by the craftsman blacksmith. Featured on Gardeners World TV, voted the “Most Romantic” garden in Central England and received several awards, this garden is a “Must See”.

It is a garden for all seasons welcoming individuals and groups throughout the year. Constantly evolving with new plants and ideas it is worth returning to many times.
