⅓ acre plantswoman's hidden oasis. A wrap around garden of differing levels made by owners using stone found on site, planted for year-round interest. Extensive rockery, unusual fruit tree arbour, oriental style seating area and tea house, linked by grass paths, lawns and steps. Mixed perennials, hostas, ferns, shrubs, bulbs and pots amongst paved and pebbled areas.

Off A660 (Leeds-Otley) N of A6120 Ring Rd. Turn L up Otley Old Rd. At top of hill turn L at T-lights (Tinshill Ln). Please park in Tinshill Ln.
This garden opens for By Arrangement visits from June to July for groups of 10+.
