About Tonbridge School
A good variety of trees, manicured lawns, and a mixture of shrub and perennial borders that contain highly scented and bee friendly plants. All this set against a unique and historic backdrop that is the 16th century architecture of Tonbridge School. The school was founded in 1553. The gardens are constantly evolving and over the last few years are becoming a Tonbridge landmark and an oasis in an urban setting.
Stephen Harmer the Head Gardener will be providing guided tours at regular intervals throughout the day.
