About Trefnant Bach

Honeybees are an important feature at Trefnant Bach with an apiary and honey for sale. You can meet the beekeeper, enjoy presentations and walks through the bee-friendly woodland planted with support from the Woodland Trust linking with a lakeside walk. The spring-fed lake is home to a variety of waterfowl. Pastures are grazed by a flock of rare breed sheep. Borders of selected bee-friendly herbaceous perennials. The owners are retired teachers and enjoy sharing their love of bees with people of all ages. This garden is a delight for families with a fun summer house, information boards, a woodland treasure hunt and areas suitable for picnics.

A5 from LlanfairPG, 1½km W, turn L for Llanddaniel. Village centre, by bus shelter follow signs down farm track. Parking onsite. Alternatively park in village & 10 min walk.

This garden opens for By Arrangement visits from 5 April to 27 April for groups of 5+.

Please contact the garden owner to discuss your requirements and arrange a date for a group or bespoke visit.
