Beautiful garden featuring plants and shrubs, some unusual, chosen for colour and shape throughout the year. Wall decked with mainly climbing roses behind a long, mixed border containing a wide range of herbaceous plants. Spacious child/picnic-friendly lawn. Steps up to a formal lily pond teeming with fish (rudd), newts, frogs, dragonflies and other wildlife. The pond is surrounded by a paved area and flower beds filled with old roses and other colourful plants. Victorian-style greenhouse with vegetable a soft fruit area beyond.

Tea and cakes on the lawn to the accompaniment of the popular Colomb Street Five wind quintet. Gate to No. 105 next door.
