Courtyard near house with early June flowering white wisteria leading to lower lawn, patio with pots and pond with waterfall. Upper lawn and pond with rose pergola, woodland borders and semi-wild area. Pool garden with grasses and summerhouse. Down steps into Victorian kitchen garden restored in 1988, featuring new Victorian-style greenhouse [2023], potager with raised beds, many trained fruit trees, herbaceous borders, roses, and wild meadow planting established 2012.

Woodland garden and walled garden wild area are both densely planted with bulbs so at their best April to early June, all other areas peak later.
