About Great Thurlow Hall
Great Thurlow Hall Garden was developed in the middle of the last century by the present owner’s grandfather. There is a large walled garden, including double herbaceous borders, orchard, wall fruits and a newly re-designed vegetable garden and new greenhouse. The main garden has mixed borders, a rose garden, a gazebo, large lawns, yew hedges and arboretum. A new development has recently taken place on the site of an old tennis court which has been turned into a parterre with yew hedging and borders so please come along and see how it’s progressing.
Artists will be demonstrating fine art printmaking skills and the Gallery features prints by leading C20 Artists inc Paula Rego, Edward Bawden, Mark Hearld.
