½ acre garden with mature trees inc large magnolia. Cacti, fernery, stream, water wheel, two ponds, greenhouses, aviary, 10,000 snowdrops, hellebores, bluebells and over 60 varieties of hosta. Small Japanese style area. Child friendly. Constantly being changed and updated.
