The gardens were initially designed and planted by the current owner during the 1990s when she first lived at the house with her young family. Pond Cottage was then re-acquired in 2020 during which time she has reclaimed her original garden from the brambles, nettles and bindwind that had taken hold, and refurbished the house. The garden continues to be a work in progress.
