About Sudeley Castle & Gardens

Sudeley Castle features 10 magnificent gardens, each with its own unique style and design. Surrounded by striking views of the Cotswold Hills, each garden reflects the fascinating 1000 yr history of the Castle. This series of elegant gardens is set among the Castle and atmospheric ruins and inc a knot garden, Queen’s garden and Tudor physic garden. Admission is for garden only.

Sudeley Castle remains the only private castle in England to have a queen buried within the grounds - Queen Katherine Parr, the last and surviving wife of King Henry VIII – who lived and died in the castle.
