About Tharfield

The gravel driveway leads to a gate into a lawned garden edged with two borders. One with shrubs and a bird bath feature and a border with roses at the end of the garden which gives way to stunning views across the fields. The other side of the garden is bordered by a hedge and a second laurel hedge which is inset with a Zen garden that peaks out from the edge, this is a work in progress with a climbing rose and honeysuckle being encouraged to grow over an archway to provide a hidden area of peace. A small wildflower patch is also being encouraged to grow round the corner of the house
