About Deva, 3 Weaverham Road
The mature lavender garden, enclosed with a box hedge, was based on inspiration was taken from Speke Hall in 2016. The formal Victorian garden with straight grass paths and four separate beds. In the centre is a factory wash station recommissioned into a water feature, enjoyed by fish, birds and the insect populations. The garden contains a china girl white cornus kousa, many small trees and shrubs, lots of flowers and items collected from our travels to bring additional interest.
Visitors say it’s a garden of stories.
The garden had been kept as a minimalistic garden but following a personal journey of realisation this garden is enjoying its second year of glory and everyone that sees it gains a sense of wellbeing and happiness therefore the garden invites others to enjoy its beauty.
