Based at an NHS GP surgery, an allotment style garden provides a calm space for prescribed therapeutic gardening activities to improve physical and mental wellbeing in a friendly, inclusive, community environment supported by volunteers where everyone can enjoy nature. Formal layout balanced with informal planting. Fruit, flowers and vegetables grown mostly from seed, using no-dig method.
