About Scolton Manor

The Walled Garden features a unique collection of around 60 Salvia varieties (previously located at Lamphey Walled Garden). A working walled garden producing organic produce and flowers, it also features a willow arch, pineapple house (partly buried for insulation), perennial borders and an arboretum.
There is a Tree Nursery of endangered native trees from West Wales, grown from seed for local charitable groups, councils and schools to plant into hedgerows, woodlands and fields, hopefully to flourish for hundreds of years to come. The Walled Garden is part of the ‘One Historic Garden’ scheme, part-funded by Visit Wales’ Sustainable Tourism Project and the European Regional Development Fund.
The Walled Garden is a key attraction within Scolton Manor’s historic estate and country park, comprising 60 acres of park and woodland surrounding a Victorian Manor House. Additional features are a bee-keeping centre, sculpture trail, welcome centre, tea room, children play areas and gift shop.
