Suburban nature garden situated on the edge of the village with fields and woodland close by. Created over several years, with wildlife the priority, the majority of the garden was over grown brambles. The garden is split into three sections to create interest, each with a different theme. The garden surrounds a C16 grade II listed thatched cottage. It is to a good extent walled and split into the front and back. All told, the site is about ⅓ of an acre. The garden has over 70 Japanese acers, a magnificent walnut tree, and mature silver birch. The borders are packed and aim to provide all year seasonal interest, and a lawn that is filled with wildflowers rather than just grass.
