Situated at over 1000 feet the garden features mountain plants primulas, saxifrages, woodland plants, erythroniums, trilliums and ferns plus a number of roscoeas. The season starts with snowdrops and continues with a wide range of unusual plants. As autumn approaches the garden includes a range of gentians, Japanese saxifrages and roscoea.
