Orange and clementine slices
These are so easy to make and can be used for all your festive decorations and crafts. String up to hang on the tree or add florist wire and use on wreaths and garlands, table settings or floral centre pieces.
What you need:
Oranges, clementines, limes, lemons (or apples!)
Method:
- Cut the fruit into thin slices (you can use a mandoline for the apples) place on baking sheets with baking paper / parchment
- Place in the oven at 120C (fan) 140C for 45-60 mins. (they may need a little longer)
- Cool on a rack (in the sun or airing cupboard)
- Use for your Christmas craft projects
Why not wire with a stick of cinnamon or star anise!
