The garden is approximately 80ft x 18ft crammed with plants and trees. A rose-covered antique pergola at the bottom of the garden invites the visitor to pause and enjoy. The terrace adjoining the house has many pots containing acers, hostas, cordelines and summer bulbs. Both side walls are covered with climbing roses and clematis.
